General notes:
-Yearly goal sit for Dinner 3:30-4:00
-Turkey seems to take about 4 hrs.  This year was 4.5 hrs for a 19lb turkey
-According to Mr. Butterball turkey should be taken out of freezer and put in fridge 7 days pror to cooking for proper thawing
